Black History Month at The King's Trust - Conversations, Legacy and Luv

Last month we were invited to represent More Amoure at The King’s Trust’s Black History Month Enterprise Showcase in Birmingham. It was a day built on community, creativity, and connection. A reminder of why the brand exists in the first place.

I met so many inspiring people; young founders, mentors, and local entrepreneurs, each driven by something deeper than profit. It was also a privilege to hear from Dr Edna Adan, whose work in global health and equality has changed countless lives. Her story about transforming vision into real impact resonated deeply with what I’ve been trying to build through More Amoure, proof that compassion and persistence can create something lasting.

Our stall gave people a chance to see the pieces up close and learn more about what “More Luv” means in practice. From supporting food banks and tackling period poverty in Ghana, to building a community that gives back together. The feedback and conversations throughout the day were honest and uplifting, reminding me that purpose-led business still has a place in the world.

Grateful to The King’s Trust for hosting such a thoughtful event and for the continued support of young founders doing things their own way.

MORE LUV.
